Chichester counselling service

Chichester Counselling service is an independent, registered charity whose purpose is to provide affordable counselling for adults aged 18+.  

They can help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss, life-stage and relationship difficulties. They offer one-to-one weekly counselling either virtually or in person at their Chichester Office.  They have a basic fee structure, but this is negotiable if you are suffering financial hardship.

Chichester Counselling is an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (national regulatory body for counsellors and psychotherapists).  They are committed to the BACP's Ethical Framework and value everyone equally, regardless of their socio-economic status, cultural heritage, religious or sexual orientation.

Young People's Shop

The Young People's shop is based on South Street in Chichester and offers a free and confidential information and support service for 11 to 25 year olds. The charity offers emotional support in a safe and confidential environment on any issues that concern young people.  The counselling service they offer is person-centred and is tailored to each client.
