Would you like to lose weight? Are you overweight? Do you often feel tired and sluggish? Would you like to have more energy?
The Move it & Lose it workshops, led by our registered nutritionist, is a 12 week programme for adults. The programme focuses on healthy eating, nutrition and exercise to help people lose weight and keep it off in the long term.
These workshops cover a wide variety of topics from challenging the myths about diets, blood sugar balance, snacks and treats, exercise and how stress and lack of sleep may affect appetite and food cravings.
To join the MILI you need to be above a healthy weight (with a BMI of 25 to 40). You can calculate your BMI by clicking here.
We have Weight Loss Workshops running at;
The Midhurst and Selsey 12 week course will be 45 minute nutrition talk followed by a 45 minute exercise class. This course is to help you get back to feeling healthy and introducing physical activity (all levels) whilst having fun. The Westgate classes will be offered an alternative exercise programme called First Steps To Fitness (FSTF).
All workshops include a private weekly weigh-in and group discussion, costing £30 for the whole course to be paid at the start of the first session.

If you want to get a headstart you can download the Wellbeing Weight Loss Workshop Food Diary here. Food diaries can be a great help if you're trying to eat more healthily and lose weight. Have a go at filling one in for a week and see where you could make some small and simple changes.
