These courses are designed to help people develop basic cookery skills and are not advanced or specialised cookery classes.
Cook and Eat Groups are currently being run in the Arun area and are due to be launched in Adur & Worthing in January 2020 by UKHarvest. See the UKHarvest web page on Adur & Worthing Wellbeing's site for more information about courses and forthcoming pop-up events.
