First steps to fitness

First Steps to Fitness is a scheme to help people who are inactive to take their first steps to fitness!

  • Do you ever feel tired or lack motivation?
  • Do you want help and support from qualified instructors?
  • Do you want to feel fitter?

If the answers to these questions are YES then we have a 12 week programme available to help you.

With the help of our friendly team, you can take the first steps to becoming healthier and leading a more active life!

Our first steps to fitness advisor will help you through a 12 week scheme including a gym induction at Everyone Active leisure centre and a programme of support via email, phone or face to face. We will help you find activities local to you.

The scheme offers a free consultation with a qualified personal trainer and 12 weeks support to help you get started.

We will help you find activity local to you or at one of the Everyone Active gyms at Westgate Leisure Chichester, Bourne or The Grange, Midhurst.
