Learn about mindfulness and how it helps improve both mental and physical health.
During this course, students will learn about the different methods and techniques of practising mindfulness. Please bring something to lie on (if you wish to lie on the floor), something to cover yourself with (you can become cold when very relaxed) and a cushion or pillow for your head. You will also need something to eat at lunchtime as there are no facilities to buy food onsite. It is also advisable to bring some water to ensure you keep hydrated throughout the day. This course is suitable for beginners.
The full course (10 sessions) costs £150.
This course is running at 2 different sites. Every Monday from 23rd September at Midhurst Rother College 7pm-9pm. Also every Wednesday from 25th September (12pm-2pm) at Bourne Community College, Park Road, Southbourne.
