A new class concentrating on improving your strength and balance so you can lead an independent life.
A TAILORED EXERCISE PROGRAMME CAN REDUCE FALLS BY AS MUCH AS 54%
This programme uses exercises and progressions specifically designed to improve strength, balance and co-ordination for older people and reduce the risk of falls
All instructors have had specialist training to deliver exercise for older people.
Ask your GP for an Active for Health referral form ticking 'Falls Prevention'.
