Data Protection
West Sussex Wellbeing of which Chichester Wellbeing is part, is a service developed in partnership with West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and the District and Borough Councils within West Sussex.

Who will see your data?
Within Chichester District Council only those staff within the Wellbeing Service will have access to our secure password protected databases that hold your personal information. Any hard copies of forms or other paperwork containing your personal information are stored in locked cabinets with access only by staff within the Wellbeing programme.
How long will we store your data?
We will store your data in accordance with Chichester District Council's record management policies, from 25th May 2018. Anything prior to this date may have been destroyed.
Your rights
You can change your mind at any time about us holding and using your data in the way we have described above, however please note this may impact on how you can use the service. For further information speak to your wellbeing advisor.
