Chichester Wellbeing

The Wellbeing Team are going Sober for October and invite you to join in! Go sober for the month or try reducing to no more than 14 units a week or 5 units a day with 2/3 days off a week. To make it more fun you can choose an exercise forfeit for each unit you drink (if you decide to!) or choose to add in an additional challenge such as drinking a litre + of water a day. Cheers to taking on the challenge and feeling brighter and clear headed!
