Our top tips for cutting back on Alcohol this Christmas Season would be: Plan ahead, think about what you want to drink and how much in advance to help avoid temptation to over do it. Consider choosing lower alcohol drinks. Pace yourself, think about what spacer drinks you might like between drinks that are alcohol-free versions, soft drinks or mocktails etc. Prepare for questions, have an answer ready in case you are asked why you are not drinking. Something as simple as ‘I’m driving as I’m up early tomorrow’, or ‘I’m taking a break’ could work.
