Healthy Eating and Weightloss Workshops

With so much conflicting advice out there it is easy to become confused about healthy eating. Chichester Wellbeing follow the NICE evidence based guidelines in supporting people in healthy eating. 

Weight loss workshops

If you are worried about your weight and would like some advice and support we run a 12 week Wellbeing Weight loss course. The workshops are focused on nutrition, healthy eating and will educate you about food. Our weight loss leader wants to give you the tools to make permanent healthy changes to your nutrition.

Pre-Diabetes

You may have family members with type 2 diabetes or have been told by your GP you are at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes or you would like to help a loved one manage their condition. If any of these apply to you then we run a free 3 hour sesssion with information to help  encourage and enable you to focus on reducing the risk of developing type 2 Diabetes. 

Cook and Eat

These courses are designed to help people develop basic cookery skills and are not advanced or specialised cookery classes.
